Straight forward win for the U11s tonight in the Bopara division, beating Frenford by 6 wickets.

All built off a great all round bowling and fielding performance - bowling Frenford out for 63 in the middle of the 10th over. Great fielding and throws by Max and Omer to get a run out each, and some great bowling in the first 5 overs by Arjun (1 wicket), Omer, Isaac, Shivam (1 wicket) and Aidan meant not only were very few runs scored but early wickets fell to really put the pressure on. Shivam returned for another good over of spin in the 9th and picked up another wicket, leaving Aidan to pick up the last wicket in the 10th.

Aidan and Omer then saw to the run chase without a wicket falling in just under 5 overs with some lovely strokes.

Not to miss out on precious game time, both sides continued post the game being won so that everyone got a chance to bat so good practice for everyone.
